Meet The Staff


Christopher Crosby, CEO

Christopher Crosby has been the president and CEO of The Watershed Treatment Programs since 2004. One of the founders of the Watershed, Mr. Crosby has worked in addiction treatment for the past 27 years. Mr. Crosby was originally trained as a nurse, and has worked in most clinical areas of treatment. He has been a behavioral health technician, crisis intervention counselor, detoxification and psychiatric nurse, group psychotherapist, and interventionist. He transitioned from direct patient care into administration and business development a decade ago.

Vanda Milman, PhD, LMHC

Dr. Milman holds a Ph.D from Southern Illinois University. Her Ph.D research was in the area of Cognitive Development. She was a Visiting Research Fellow in the Psychology Department, Neuroscience Program at Princeton University in Dr. Bary Jacobs Laboratory. She is an Advisory Board Member for the Ph.D Program in the Mental Health Counseling Department at Florida Atlantic University. She has over 15 years of experience as a Psychotherapist and Administrator in a variety of Psychiatric and Addictions Treatment Programs. Her areas of interet include: Emotional Inteligence and Recovery, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Mood Disorders, The Role of Multicultural Issues in Recovery, Women's Issues and the Recovery Process. She functions as The Vice President of Clinical Operations at the Watershed Treatment Programs.

Patrick Kirse

Patrick Kirse is the Chief Financial Officer and VP of The Watershed. He is also one of The Watershed’s founders. Mr. Kirse is a Certified Public Account (CPA) licensed in Missouri. As the CFO, Mr. Kirse is responsible for the oversight of the companies Business Office, Patient Accounts, Accounting and Finance Departments. Additionally, Mr. Kirse negotiates rates and contracts with Managed Care Providers and Insurance Companies.

Dr. Peter Theodoropoulos

Dr. Theodoropoulos is currently the Medical Psychiatric Director for Rehab and PHP at The Watershed Treatment Programs.

Dr. Theodoropoulos graduated from the University of Michigan Pre-medicine in 1995. He continued his studies at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in 1992 where he received his Doctor of Medicine.

Certifications include ECFMG (Science), FLEX (Clinical), USMLE 2 & 3 (clinical).

Dr. Theodoropoulos continued his training at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital where he completed a five year residency and fellowship program in Adult child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He was also their chief Fellow.

Steve Demarco

Steve Demarco functions as the Clinical Supervisor for the Admissions Department at the Watershed. Steve is a National Certified Addiction Counselor and has over 14 years experience in Addiction and Psychiatric Treatment. He has worked as an Interventionist, Counselor, and Admissions Specialist.

Jackie Glass

Jackie Glass is currently the Program Director of the Family Weekend Program here at the Watershed. Jackie is a CEU provider and a Supervisor of Social Work and Mental Health Interns.

Jackie received her Masters of Social Work specializing in Mental Health from Barry University. She has over 10 years experience as an individual, family and group psychotherapist, specializing in mental health and Dual Diagnosis issues.
