I'VE BEEN CLEAN AND SOBER FOR A WHILE NOW
Life Sure Doesn’t Slow Down Does It?
Of course when we’re new in recovery the illusion is how much “easier” & “less complicated” life will become when we have been clean and sober longer. Then you ultimately find out that life just keep right on going! (Sometimes good & sometimes not so good.) This section is for those who’ve been around a while. To express problems, needs and to share your experience, strength and hope

 WISDOM GAINED
Do You Hear What I Hear?
When we come into recovery we often begin hearing different slogans and quotes that frequently can evolve into having significant and personal meanings to us. This is an opportunity for you to post your favorite quotes both from the recovery community and other sources. You are also welcome to post what the quote may mean to you. You never know, your quote may be the very thing that helps someone else today!

Paradoxes, Paradigms and Conundrums
Ever thought that something you heard or read about in recovery was contradictory in nature? Ever been confused by what you heard and puzzled by how it fits in to this new way of life? You're not the only one, so ask away. Maybe we can make sense out of it together?
