24-Hour Nursing

The Watershed's Residential Rehabilitation Campus is located in Delray Beach, voted one of America's best hometowns. The facility is housed in the Palm Gardens Community, where patients reside in apartment residences and are reintegrated into independent living.

Patients progress from the intensity of primary treatment (Phase 1) to eventual reentry into society (Phase II and III). The second and third phases of the patient’s treatment occur at the Delray Extended Care Campus.

Watershed’s staff, including nurses, are in attendance 24-hours a day to deal with problems and emergencies. Patients receive both group and individual counseling which addresses trauma, relapse and life skill issues during this phase of their treatment.
