Bill Russell, MA is our Chief Operating Officer/Vice President. Bill is responsible for the facility, support services, licensure and accreditation, and other administrative areas. He has over 20 years experience in healthcare administration. Bill was formerly the Administrator of Fair Oaks Psychiatric Hospital.
