The Watershed's 20,000 sq ft. state licensed, JCAHO accredited health care facility is located in the medical park area of beautiful Boca Raton Florida, in the shadow of Florida Atlantic University. Located within a 2 mile radius are beautiful beaches, Boca Raton Community Hospital, Mizner Park, the Town Center Mall.

The Watershed's Residential Rehab campus is located in Delray Beach, voted one of America's best home towns. The facility is housed in the Palm Gardens community where patient's reside in apartment residences and are re-integrated into independent living.
Patients progress from the intensity of primary treatment (Phase 1) to eventual re-entry into society (Phase II and III). These second and third phases of the patients treatment occur at the Delray extended care campus.
Watershed staff, including nurses, are in attendance 24 hours a day to deal with any problems or emergencies. Patients receive both group and individual counseling and address trauma, relapse and life skill issues during this phase of their treatment.
